This is the ultimate guilt free treat to satisfy any craving. I was walking in my grocery store and the in-store dietitian was giving samples to taste. I took the recipe to give it a try. The natural sugar comes from the dates.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup roasted natural almonds

1 cup pitted medjool dates

2 lemons, juiced

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes

DIRECTIONS

In a mini food processor grind almonds. Juice the lemons and then add the juice to the almonds with the dates.

Blend until the mixture turns to a dough texture. Use your hands to form balls and then roll into coconut.

Place the balls in a container and into the freezer until the balls are formed. Take out after 1/2 hour. Enjoy!
