Today’s post is all about something sweet but not too sweet. This recipe is so quick and easy to make, you just have to be careful when it’s baking that you don’t burn the bottom. I’ve made it twice already. 

INGREDIENTS 

2 cups ground unsalted almonds

1 cup brown sugar

2 organic eggs, beaten 

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS 

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. In a mini blender grind the almonds quite fine. Put almonds in a bowl with brown sugar, eggs and chocolate chips. Mix well. Spray a 9×12 baking pan. Spread almond mixture in pan and bake for 20 minutes. Take out and slice into squares. Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Make sure to check that they do not burn. Take out and let cool. Transfer to storage container. Enjoy!
