imageBurgers are always a quick and easy dinner. We love spicy food and these burgers definitely have a kick!

You can BBQ them or even broil and bake them in the oven.


  • 1 pound of ground chicken or turkey
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 green onions chopped finely
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp canola oil


Mix minced chicken, garlic, green onions, red chili flakes, fish sauce, salt, pepper and oil. Form mixtures into 4-5 burgers. Heat grill and cook on medium for 5-6 minutes per side. Enjoy!
