Crepes is a light meal that you can have sweet or savoury. I got this recipe from my dear friend who happens to be the best cook and baker. This recipe is a healthy version of crepes.

INGREDIENTS

2 large eggs

1 1/2 skim milk

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/4 cup canola oil

1/4 tsp. sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add flour, milk, salt, and oil into the bowl. Mix until well combined. Heat a large size frying pan at medium heat with a touch of oil to coat. Take a paper towel to spread oil evenly. Pour 1/3 cup of the batter onto the frying pan and spread the batter. Once the edges start to lift gently flip over with a square spatula for another 10 seconds. Enjoy with any toppings from chocolate spread with bananas, fresh strawberries and sugar or shredded cheese.
